Beth graduated cum laude from The University of South Carolina Upstate in 1996. She joined the firm in January 1997. Prior to joining Halliday, Schwartz & Co., she worked in corporate accounting for seven years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mrs. Cooley is a former Peer Reviewer for the American Institute of CPA’s National Peer Review Program. Additionally, she has served as a member of the South Carolina Peer Review Committee and Board member of the Spartanburg Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. On a civic level, she is actively involved with the First Baptist Church of Boiling Springs.
